The Azteca yacht was built at CRN in 2009. She has a length of 72 meters (236ft), has a steel hull and aluminum super structure.
Specifications
She can accommodate 12 guests and a crew of 28. She is powered by two Caterpillar engines. Azteca can reach a top speed of 16 knots. And has range of 6,000 nautical miles.
Every year Azteca travels between the Med and the Caribbean.
In June 2016 she arrived in Plymouth, UK after an Atlantic crossing. She was heading to Rendsburg, Germany, probably for a refit at Nobiskrug.
Owner
The yacht’s owner is Ricardo Salinas Pliego. Azteca was built as Clarena III for Spanish real estate developer Francisco Hernando.
