The yacht Thalitha was built in 1930 by Krupp Germania. She was built for Russell Alger, Chairman of the Packard Car Company. He named her Reveler. The 82-meter yacht can accommodate 12 guests and has a crew of 17.
Refit
She was bought by Paul Getty in 1988 and was refitted in 1999 to a design of Jon Bannenberg.

The yacht is powered by 2 Caterpillar engines, which bring her a max speed of 15 knots. Her cruising speed is 12 knots. She has a range of more than 4,500nm.
