Abramov is the owner of the Helena Bay Resort in New Zealand. The resort started as a private residence for Abramov, but was developed in to a lodge. The house was is considered to be the most expensive residential property in New Zealand with a value of US$ 50 million. A US$ 1 million pathway and jetty was created so Mr. Abramov’s yacht can berth at the property.
Abramov’s yacht is named Titan. She was built by Abeking and Rasmussen as build number 6483 and delivered in 2011. Titan can accommodate 14 guests and has a crew of 19. Her interior is designed by Raymond Langton Design. Powered by two Caterpillar engines, Titan can reach a top speed of 16 knots. Abramov previously owned the yacht Triple Seven
The yacht Triple Seven was built in 2006 by Nobiskrug, as part of five yachts ordered by the Reuben Brothers (Triple Seven, Siren, Sapphire, Graffiti and Mogambo). They sold all except Siren. Triple Seven can accommodate 12 guests and has a crew of 16. In 2013 Triple Seven was sold.
