The yacht TIS is an amazing large motor yacht built by Lurssen and delivered in 2019. The yacht is designed by Winch Design. TIS has a length of 111 meters and a beam of 16 meters. She was built as Project Tis.
Specifications
The luxury yacht has a steel hull and an aluminum superstructure. Her displacement is 4,500 tons. Which makes her similar in size as the Oceanco Jubilee and Mikhail Prokhorov’s Palladium.
According to AIS data her cruise speed is around 9 knots. While we estimate her top speed above 18 knots.
Interior
The Tis boat has a very classic styled interior designed by Winch Design. There is much use of gold marble in her interior. The formal saloon has a grand open staircase to the upper saloon. There is a glass-enclosed dining area on the main deck.
Her features include a helicopter pad capable for a Eurocopter 135. A large swimming pool and a resort-inspired spa with a large sauna with balcony. There is a cinema, The luxury yacht can accommodate 18 guests with a crew of 38. There is a dedicated crew elevator.
We received several messages that her owner is related to the Ukrainian logistics company TIS.
We also received a more specific message, that her owner is Alexey Fedorychev. And not to our surprise he is (or was) the majority shareholder of this company name TIS. And we found online articles stating that he is building a large yacht. (And that he chartered large yachts in the past).
We were also told that her owner defaulted on the purchase contract. And that the yacht was subsequently repossessed by Lurssen. She was later llisted for sale, asking EUR 275,000,000.

The yacht’s owner was Alexei Fedorychev. She was sold to Alisher Usmanov, who named her Lady Gulya after his sister.
We received several messages that her commissioning owner was related to the Ukrainian logistics company TIS.
