The yacht Scout was built by Hakvoort in 2019. The 83m (209ft) yacht is designed by H2 Yacht Design.
Scout was originally started as Project Zeus for a Russian owner. He withdrew from the project. The project was re-branded ‘Something Cool’, a reference to the Heineken family (since Alfred Heineken owned a yacht named Something Cool, which was a reference to his beer brewing company. The yacht was listed for sale again, asking EUR 60 million.
Named after the Owner’s Dog
The project was bought by James Berwind. Who named her Scout after one of his dogs.
During construction, she was named Project Brio. Named after another dog of the owners. Scout can accommodate 10 guests and a crew of 14.

The Scout boat is powered by 2 Caterpillar Engines. Which bring her a top speed of 15 knots. Her cruising speed is 12 knots. The superyacht Scout was delivered in 2019.
