Lawrence Stroll is a successful fashion entrepreneur. Stroll is the man behind the success of Tommy Hilfiger. He was born in July 1959 in Montreal. He is married to Claire-
His father owned a children’s clothing business, which owned the licensing rights of Pierre Carding and Polo Ralph Lauren in Canada. Lawrence started working at his father’s company at the age of 15. Lawrence started a business selling the Ralph Lauren brand in Europe.
Later he became a partner with Tommy Hilfiger. Together with the Hong Kong-based Silas Chou, he founded Sportswear Holdings Ltd.
Through Sportswear Holdings he acquired in 1989 the then relatively unknown Tommy Hilfiger brand. He built that into a worldwide brand with more than US$ 2 billion in sales.
In 1992 Hilfiger went public. And in 2006 the Hilfiger Corporation was acquired by Apax Partners for USD 1.6 billion.

In 2003 Sportswear Holdings acquired a 52 % stake in Michael Kors Holdings. For a reported US$ 85 million. When Kors went public in 2011 their share was valued at US$ 1.9 billion.
Stroll is a Ferrari collector. He owns more than 25 vintage cars including a Ferrari 250 GTO. In 2013 he paid a record US$ 27.5 million for a rare 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB N.A.R.T. Spider.

Lance Stroll began his driving career on his father’s private circuit in Mont Tremblant. He has won many prizes in the Italian Formula 4 series. And in the Formula 3 Championship.

In August 2018 Stroll bought the F1 team Force India. Which had been in financial trouble for a while. He paid GBP 90 million, or US$ 120 million.
With the purchase Force India’s creditors were be paid in full. All 405 jobs at the team were saved. And ongoing funding was guaranteed. In the 2019 season, Lance Stroll became a driver at the team. Which was later named Racing Point.
In January 2020 it was announced that Stroll would invest US$ 239 million in the struggling car brand Aston Martin. Stroll will pay $238 million for 16.7 % of Aston Martin at a price of £4 per share. The Canadian billionaire’s stake could rise to 20% if the rescue plan is successful. The deal means that Stroll’s Formula 1 team Racing Point will be rebranded as Aston Martin Formula 1 from 2021. Stroll is now Executive Chairman at Aston Martin.
Stroll’s wife and Lance’ mother is Claire Anne Stroll. She is a fashion designer and owner of the fashion brand Callens. She was born in Brussels, Belgium in the 1960s.

Stroll owns several houses. His main residence is believed to be in Montreal. But he also owns a large house in Mont Tremblant. Situated near his private race circuit. He is said to own properties in London and Switzerland as well.

Chahan Minassian is Mr. Stroll’s personal designer. He also designed the interior of a London apartment owned by Stroll.
Faith is 97 meters (or 317 ft) and able to accommodate 18 guests and a crew of 34.
Her features include a below deck heli hangar. And a spa area with a massage room, and steam room. She also has a large 9m x 4m swimming pool, with a glass bottom pool. Faith has a value of more than US$ 200 million.

The jet, which was delivered in 2013, has a list price of US$ 60 million. She has a cruise speed of 560 miles per hour. And she has a range of 7,700 miles. Operating costs are around US$ 9,000 per hour.
