Subsequently, she came into the possession of the Saudi Arabian businessman Nasser Al Rasheed, under the name Massarrah. Her journey did not stop there, as she was later sold to Sheikh Zaki Yamani following the delivery of the magnificent Lady Moura in 1990.
Commanding attention with her sleek form and powerful Fairbanks Morse engines, Al Diriyah boasts a max speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. She offers a generous range of over 3000 nm, making her ideal for those seeking to venture on long-distance sea journeys.

At the helm of Al Diriyah’s ownership history was Ahmed Zaki Yamani. His contribution to the global oil industry, especially during the 1970s oil embargo, is well-acknowledged. Sadly, Yamani passed away in 2021.
