The luxury yacht Msria was build at the Royal van Lent Shipyard.
The yacht, then named Battered Bull, was delivered to her owner Donald Flynn in 1995. Battered Bull’s interior design is done by Bruce Gregga.
Battered Bull was sold by Merlewood in 2013 to Phil Restino and was named Gravitas. The yacht has a value of around US$ 20 million. As Gravitas she was available for charter.

Mr Donald Flynn started as CPA at the Arthur Anderson audit firm.
Later he became CFO at Waste Management. Under his financial leadership Waste Management was very successful and grew rapidly.
In 1987 he invested in the Blockbusters video chain together with Wayne Huizenga and John Melk, At that moment Blockbusters had about 30 stores. In the 1990’s Blockbusters acquired several video and music chains, including Erol’s , Sound Warehouse and Music Plus. In 1994 Viacom acquired Blockbusters for USD 8 billion. At that moment Blockbusters had more than 13,000 stores.
Mr. Flynn and his sons also invested in Discovery Zone, a kids’ indoor recreation center, growing it from 38 stores to 600, before also selling it to Viacom for USD 30 million. Flynn invested in casino’s including the Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City.
Flynn was also founder of LKQ, the US’ largest provider of alternative collision replacement parts’ or provider of recycled engines and transmissions and remanufactured engines and other used auto parts. In 2012 LKQ realized $4.1 billion in revenues. Flynn previously owned two other luxury yachts.
In her time as Gravitas, the yacht was owned by Philip Restino.
Restino founded The Legend Group, active in asset management and retirement planning. In 2000 the Legend Group was sold to Waddell & Reed Financial for an amount of US$ 75 million.
