His Reynolds Group Holdings Limited is the holding entity for the packaging empire. The company owns SIG, which is a beverage packaging manufacturer based in Switzerland. It also owns Closure Systems International, which is a plastic bottle cap manufacturer.

RGHL owns Evergreen Packaging. Which is a beverage packaging manufacturer. And it owns Reynolds Consumer Products. Which is an aluminum foil and other packaging materials manufacturer in Illinois.

Rank Group

He does not directly manage his businesses and is focused mostly on the financing related to the re-capitalization of the companies. Rank Group Ltd is Graeme Hart’s private investment company. Rank Group is the 100% owner of Burns Philp and Carter Holt Harvey.

US$ 3 Billion in Cash

Rank had assets of approximately NZD 3 billion in cash after selling the assets of Burns Philp and floating Goodman Fielder in 2004. Goodman Fielder is one of Australasia’s largest food companies.
