He ordered the yacht at Lurssen for an amount of EUR 148.540.000. When Berezovsky ran into financial difficulties, he failed payment on installments and the construction of the yacht was delayed.

Berezovsky asked Edmiston to sell his yacht with an asking price of EUR 350 million. Edmiston asked Merle Wood to assist in the sale.
