The yacht Capri was built by Lurssen and delivered in 2003 to an American owner based in Seattle.
Both interior and exterior are designed by Glade Johnson. Capri underwent a refit in 2010 at the Turkish yard Dunya Yachts. Capri has a range of 8,500 nm at 12 knots.

Cauwell still owns his yacht Titania. Titania was built at Lurssen in 2006. She was part of three yachts ordered by Warren E Halle. He used the profits of the first two yachts, to reduce costs of his third yacht named Martha Ann. Titania can accommodate 12 guests and has a crew of 21. Titasnia is powered by two Caterpillar engines which give her a top speed of 6 knots. She has an interior by Zuretti.
John Caudwell is the founder of UK mobile phones retailer Phones4U.
He started the company, then named Midlands Mobile Phones, in 1987 together with his brother Brian Caudwell. The group grew rapidly to USD 1 billion in sales in 2000 with more than 500 stores in the UK. In 2006 the Phones4U was sold for GBP 1,5 billion to private equity investors.

Caudwell owns a large mansion in Mayfair, London with an estimated value of US$ 275 million. Its actually two houses combined to one very large residence. He also owns a house in Staffordshire, named Broughton Hall. In an interview Caudwell told that the house is haunted by a ghost child.
