The yacht Drizzle was delivered by Feadship in 2012. The 67-meter yacht is designed by De Voogt Naval Architects. The yacht is a replacement for the smaller (55 meters) yacht also named Drizzle.
The new yacht was styled similarly and proportioned accordingly to the first Drizzle. The two yachts look like sisters. In the summer of 2017, the owner and his wife Flora were pictured by The Daily Mail. They were having a holiday onboard their yacht.
Specifications
The luxury yacht is powered by 2 MTU diesel engines. They bring her a top speed of 16 knots. She has a cruising speed of 12 knots. Her range is more than 4,000nm.
Drizzle Interior
Redman Whiteley Dixon is responsible for the interior of the motor yacht. She can accommodate 10 guests and has a crew of 19.
Yacht Twizzle
The 55-meter yacht was built as Twizzle. We think for UK businessman Michael Bradfield. The yacht was sold to Ortega and named Drizzle. Upon delivery of the new yacht, the 55 meters was sold to a Japanese millionaire. He named her Issana.
The Japanese owner sold Issana to US real estate developer Jeffrey Soffer. Soffer named her Madsummer.
Owner
The yacht’s owner is Amancio Ortega.
