He is the owner of the motor yacht Pegasus VIII.  The superyacht was built as Princess Mariana for Mexican billionaire Carlos Peralta.

Later, she was purchased by California-based construction tycoon Ronald Tutor. He named her Pegasus V.

Pegasus VIII, originally known as Princess Mariana, was built for Mexican billionaire Carlos Peralta by Royal Denship in 2002.

The yacht boasts a steel hull and aluminum superstructure, with twin Deutz engines that allow it to sail at a top speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots.

Designed by Espen Oeino and with interiors by Zuretti, Pegasus VIII is renowned for its luxurious features, including a float-in dry dock that transforms into a 12-meter swimming pool.
