Guido Krass is a German businessman, founder of the Pari Group. He was born in April 1957. He is married to Maren Krass. They have 2 children: Guido and Maja. He is an industrial lawyer and entrepreneur.
Together with designer Espen Oeino, he founded SilverYachts (which was named Hanseatic in the first few years.
He used to own a 35-meter yacht named Pari. In an interview, he stated: “I always have one boat in use, one boat in build and one boat in the design and engineering phase”.

Group companies include the stock-listed Centrotech Sustainable, which focuses on energy-saving technologies. The company builds home ventilation systems, condensing systems, and heat pumps. Krass is chairman of the board. He owns 2.4 million shares (13% of the company)
He also owns Industrial Solar GmbH. The company designs and manufactures solar collection processors for industrial applications.

Krass founded SilverYachts together with famous designer Espen Oeino. SilverYachts is a builder of custom, high performance & efficient aluminum yachts. The company is based in Perth, Australia.
Famous yachts include Smeralda (owned by the Crown Prince of Dubai) and Rabdan (owned by the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi). The yacht Dragonfly is said to be owned by Facebook founder Sergey Brin.
In 2017 the Chinese Zhongwang Aluminium Group acquired a majority share in the Australian boat builder.
