Diego Della Valle is the President and CEO of the Italian leather goods company Tod’s. He was born in December 1953. He is married to Barbara, they have 2 children (Filliopo and Emanuele). Diego’s grandfather Filippo started his shoemaking business in the 1920s, which Diego expanded into the now-famous Tod’s and Fay brands.
Tods produces luxury shoes and other luxury leather goods. The shoes are handmade and sold at premium prices. Della Valle holds approx. 62% of the shares in Tods, which is listed on the Milan Stock Exchange.
