Communicorp is a media company based in Ireland. ‘O Brien founded Communicorp in 1989 and started radio channels in Ireland. The company is now one of the largest independent radio networks in Ireland and the UK. The company reached 4 billion listesteners in the UK per week, with channels as Smooth Radio and Heart Radio. In Ireland Communicorp owns Today FM, Newstalk and many other channels.

Nero was built in 2008 in China at Yantai Raffles Shipyard for Game Group founder Neil Taylor. Nero’s design was inspired by J.P. Morgan's yacht Corsair (built in 1899) The motor yacht Nero can accommodate 12 guests and a crew of 20. Her interior is designed by Laura Pomponi of Luxury Projects. Nero is powered by 2 Caterpillar engines, which bring her a top speed of 17 knots and a range of 4,500nm. Nero won the Best Motor Yacht over 75 meters Award at the 2009 ShowBoats International Design Awards. In 2014 Nero was purchased by Denis ‘O Brien for a price of US$ 70 million. He sent her to MB92 in Barcelona for an intensive refit. The yacht Nero is available for charter. She has her own website.
