Prokhorov received 14% of Rusal stock. And about USD 5 billion in cash. And an promise to receive USD 2 billion more.
In 2013 Prokhorov acquired a 21% stake in Uralkali from Suleiman Kerimov.

In 2011 the 94 meter superyacht Palladium was delivered to Mr. Prokhorov. The 62 meter yacht Solemar became his ‘smallest’ yacht. Prokhorov sold Solemar in 2013 to a Russian banker. In 2016 she was sold again and named Calypso.
Solemar was designed by Michael Leach. She is powered by twin Caterpillar Engines.
