The Luxury Yacht Madame Gu was delivered by Feadship in 2013 after four years of construction. With a length of 99 meters, Madame Gu is one of the largest yachts built in the Netherlands. The yacht’s interior and exterior are designed by Andrew Winch Designs. The yacht can reach a maximum speed of 24 knots, powered by four MTU 20v diesel engines. Madame Gu was named Superyacht of the Year in 2014.
Enclosed helicopter hangar
Luxury yacht Madame Gu has a fully enclosed helicopter hangar, similar to Ecstasea. The hangar can also function as a squash court.
Is Andrei Skoch the owner of Madame Gu?
Madame Gu is rumored to be owned by Andrei Skoch. However Superyachtfan received a message from a London based law firm, stating that Mr. Skoch is actually NOT the owner of the yacht Madame Gu, and requesting kindly to remove this information. So from now on: Superyacht Madame Gu is NOT owned by Mr. Andrei Skoch. Mr. Skoch also did not own the Amels built motor yacht Gu, renamed Lady Gulya, now sold and named Astrid Conroy.
