The yacht Stella Maris was built by Viareggio Superyachts in 2013. She is designed by Espen Oeino International.
The yacht is powered by Caterpillar engines. Her max speed is 17 knots. Her cruising speed is 12 knots. She has a range of more than 4,000 nm.
The luxury yacht can accommodate 14 guests and a crew of 20.
The yacht was built for the Longarini family. The family actually owns (or owned) the yacht’s builder Viareggio SuperYachts. We are not sure if the yacht has been sold or is still owned by the same family.
For a few years, her owner was Rashid Sardarov. He sold the yacht in 2022. We were told her current owner is based in the USA.
Sardarov is a Russian billionaire active in oil and gas. His family are shareholders in the Comsar Energy Group, Ocean Group and Black Ocean Group. He also owns the South Urals Industrial Group.
Sardarov bought several farms in Namibia measuring 28 000 hectares in 2013 through his Switzerland-based company, Comsar Properties SA.
