Thomas Leclercq is a Belgian businessman and billionaire, best known as a member of the family behind Decathlon, the global sporting-goods retailer founded by his father, Michel Leclercq.

He is the head of Leclercq American Capital LLC, a US-focused investment company with interests in technology, artificial intelligence, quantum-inspired software, biotechnology and major global platform companies. His investment portfolio has been linked to companies such as Amazon, Google, Facebook, Alibaba and Nvidia.

Thomas Leclercq is the owner of the 90-meter motor yacht PURE, formerly known as SARAFSA. He is also the owner of the 59-meter yacht IDOL. His estate is estimated to exceed US$1.5 billion and includes real estate, a Bell 429 helicopter and major private investments.

The yacht has a steel hull with an aluminum superstructure, making it both durable and sleek in appearance.

Pure was built as SARAFSA for Prince Fahd bin Sultan.
