Let’s take a look at some of the luxury cars owned by Bill Gates.

Porsche 911 Carrera

Bill Gates is a self-confessed Porsche fan, and he has been spotted driving a Porsche 911 Carrera many times. The car is known for its sleek design and impressive performance. It is a high-performance sports car that is perfect for those who want speed and style.

Porsche 959

Bill Gates was one of the first owners of the Porsche 959 in the United States. The car was imported under a “Show and Display” exemption, which allowed certain vehicles to be imported into the country that did not meet federal safety standards. The Porsche 959 is a rare and exotic car that was produced between 1986 and 1993. It was also the fastest production car in the world during that time.

Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren

Another car owned by Bill Gates is the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. This high-performance car is a collaboration between Mercedes-Benz and McLaren Automotive. It is a powerful car with a V8 engine and a top speed of 206 miles per hour.

Toyota Prius

Bill Gates is also known to drive a Toyota Prius, a hybrid car that is famous for its fuel efficiency. The Prius is a popular car among environmentally-conscious individuals because of its low emissions and high gas mileage. Gates and his family have been known for being very conscious of the environmental impact and have been using cars in a responsible way, encouraging the use of alternative energy vehicles and supporting research in clean energy technologies.

Bill Gates House

His $ 131,000,000 mansion named Xanadu 2.0. The house of Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft, is known as Xanadu 2.0. It is a mansion located in the exclusive community of Medina, Washington, near Seattle. The house is worth over $131 million and is one of the most expensive and technologically advanced houses in the world.

Private Jet

He owns 2 Gulfstream G650 private jets and a collection of other aircraft.  Gates uses his private jets intensively, mainly for his work for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

SuperYacht

He is building a new yacht in the Netherlands, around 100 meters long. But it is not the reported ‘Project Aqua’.

We were told however that Gates is actually building a new motor yacht. He is building a superyacht at a Dutch yard (according to the Telegraph it is Feadship), with a UK-based designer. In December 2020 the yacht Wayfinder was launched at Astilleros Armon in Spain. Wayfinder will be the support vessel for Bill Gates yacht.  The vessel will carry tenders and toys for the mothership.

Phoebe Adele Gates

Bill’s Daughter Phoebe Adele Gates is the youngest child of Bill Gates and Melinda Gates. Phoebe was born in 2002, and not much is publicly known about her as her parents have kept her life private. Bill and Melinda Gates have made a conscious effort to keep their children out of the public eye, and have stated that they want their children to have as normal a childhood as possible.

SuperYachtFan

What started as a ‘yacht spotter’ hobby, turned into a fast-growing yachting site with thousands of unique daily visitors.

In 2009 SuperYachtFan in its current format was published online and soon the focus changed from ‘yacht photos’ to ‘yacht owners’, creating the Super Yacht Owners Register. A database with more than 1,450 yacht owners.

This was an instant success as many people around the world are interested in, or curious about, these multi-million dollar yachts and their wealthy owners. (Luxury travels of the Billionaire Boys Club)
