The world of luxury yachts offers a unique blend of design, performance, privacy, and exclusivity. Among the many impressive vessels on the water, the OM yacht, anciennement connu sous le nom N2H, stands out as a refined 49-meter custom motor yacht built by Rossinavi.
Delivered in 2017 by the Italian shipyard, the yacht was originally launched as N2H, short for “Nice To Have”. She was designed by Team for Design – Enrico Gobbi, with naval architecture by Arrabito Naval Architects. Her interior was later refitted by Conception Massari.
In September 2024, the yacht was sold in an in-house deal by Edmiston. After the sale, she was renamed OM. The yacht should therefore no longer be described as owned by Dutch entrepreneur Kees Vermaat. Vermaat is now building a new 76-meter yacht at Turquoise Yachts.
OM is a full-displacement motor yacht with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. She was built by Rossinavi at the shipyard’s facility in Viareggio, Italy.
The yacht measures approximately 48.5 meters, ou 48.68 meters according to some yacht databases. She has a beam of about 8.68 meters, a draft of around 3.4 meters, and a gross tonnage of 494 GT.
She is powered by twin Caterpillar C32 ACERT diesel engines. Her top speed is about 15 to 15.7 knots, while her comfortable cruising speed is around 14 nœuds. At an economical speed of about 12 knots, she has a range of approximately 3,200 nautical miles.
Her fuel capacity is around 59,600 liters, while her freshwater capacity is around 17,000 liters. She was built to RINA classification and has also been associated with DNV special survey work during her refit period.
The interior of OM was originally kept very private, especially during her years as N2H. During her 2022 refit, she received a major interior refurbishment by Conception Massari.

The yacht also carries a 6.5-meter Castoldi 21 tender, scuba diving equipment, Jet Skis, stand-up paddleboards, and other water toys.
