Andrey Guryev is a prominent figure in the PhosAgro organization, serving as a non-executive director and deputy chairman. Born in March 1960, Guryev is married to Evgenia Guryeva, and they have two children, Andrey Andreevich Guryev and Yulia Guryeva-Motlokhov. Their son Andrey is the CEO of the company. Guryev was previously the Deputy Director of Menatep Group from 1990 to 1995.
