Sailing Yacht Athos

Sailing yacht Athos is one of the most spectacular and innovative sailing yachts launched.

She is the world’s largest privately-owned two-masted schooner and one of the most technologically sophisticated classic sailing yachts.

Athos is the result of the combined efforts of award-winning designer Andre Hoek, renowned Dutch builder Holland Jachtbouw. She has her own website.

Specifications

She is powered by Volvo Penta engines, which bring a max speed of 14 knots. Her cruising speed is 11 knots.

Owner

The yacht’s owner is Dutch millionaire Geert Pepping. A few years ago, he listed her for sale. But she was delisted later.
