El Seven Seas yacht is a 109-meter luxury motor yacht built by the renowned Dutch yacht builder Oceanco. Delivered in 2023, she is one of the most impressive custom yachts in the Oceanco fleet and is widely linked to legendary filmmaker steven spielberg.

The District Court of Rotterdam ruled that Merle Wood & Associates could request a preliminary witness hearing to gather evidence and clarify its position. This did not mean the broker’s claim had been proven; it only allowed evidence gathering to proceed.
Important note: Steven Spielberg was not a party to this legal conflict. The dispute was between Merle Wood & Associates and Oceanco.
Seven Seas was launched in 2022 under the project name Y720. After further work, sea trials and owner-requested finishing, Oceanco officially announced her delivery in July 2023.
