Iskander Makhmudov, born in December 1963, is the owner of Ural Mining and Metals, also known as Uralskaya Gorno-Metallurgicheskaya Kompaniya (UGMK) Holding. He is married to Margarita Makhmudova, and they have one child, Jakhongir Makhmudov.
