مارينوس بوير هو مؤسس Boal Group, a leading producer of aluminum profiles. He was born in 1948.
Boal started as a builder of greenhouses, using aluminum extrusion profiles to increase strength and reduce construction time. Based on the success in greenhouses, Boal entered the automotive, construction and furniture industry.
The Boal Group employs 500 people and has an annual turnover of 170 million Euros.
In 2007 Boers sold the company to his cousin.
