The yacht Emmaline was built as Christoffel’s Light house, later she was purchased by Harald Orneberg who named her Carl Linne. Orneberg sold her again and she was named Emmaline. Now she is available for sale again.
The yacht was built by Holland Yachtbouw and launched in 2003.
Her design is inspired by the 1885 America´s Cup competitors Puritan and Genesta.
Although the yacht´s lines were updated by Gerard Dijkstra. Emmaline can accommodate 6 guests in 3 cabins and has crew accommodation for 2.

Orneberg started as a hedge fund banker. In 1999 he founded ORN Capital Management, based in Bermuda.
He sold the company in 2006 to Morley Fund Management. Later he founded Timber Capital Ltd, which he also sold and he founded the Forest Company.
The Forest Company is an investment company active in trees, timberland and timber related assets. The Company focuses on forest plantations in areas with high biological growth rates, such as Brazil and Colombia.
