Shvidler is Chairman of Millhouse LLC. Millhouse (previously Millhouse Capital) is a holding company for the assets of Roman Abramovich, Alexander Abramov and Eugene Shvidler. Previous investments included Aeroflot, Sibneft and Rusal. In 2005 the stake in Sibneft was sold for US$ 13 billion.
Shvidler is also shareholder at Highland Gold, which owns a portfolio of quality gold mining projects in the Russian Federation. In 2016 Highland Gold realized a revenue of US$ 306 million with a US$ 48 million net profit. Shvidler owns 12,5% of the company.
Shvidler is shareholder and director at Evraz, one of the largest steel and mining companies in the world. The Evraz shares are hold trough Lanebrook Ltd. Lanebrook is a limited liability company which was incorporated under the laws of Cyprus on 16 March 2006. Its beneficiaries are Roman Abramovich, Alexander Abramov, Alexander Frolov and Eugene Shvidler. Through Lanebrook Shvidler owns 43,805,030 shares (3.06%) in Evraz which are worth US$ 200 million.

Shvidler owns several houses, but his main residence is supposed to be his London mansion. The London house is invisible from street view as the site is bounded on all sides by other residential properties and their gardens. The house has several courtyards situated on the boundaries and within the footprint of the property The mansion was built new in 2001 and features an indoor swimming pool, a gym and massage room, a large wine cellar, staff accommodations and a safe room. As the outdoor space is limited, cars are parked on a turn table to to reduce your vehicle turning circle problems. Shvidler also owns a home in Aspen, USA and a wine chateau in France named Château Thénac.
Le Grand Bleu was built in 2000 at the Bremer Vulkan Shipyard for John McCaw (who sold McCaw Cellular for US$ 11 billion). Le Grand Bleu is designed by Stefano Pastrovich and was originally 104 meters long. In 2003 she was purchased by Roman Abramovich, who had a bathing platform installed, making her 112 meters long. It is said that in 2006 Abramovich either gifted Le Grand Bleu to Shvidler or that he lost her in a bet. Le Grand Bleu can accommodate 20 guests and has a crew of 35. Her features include a large pool, a 22 meter Ed Dubois designed sailing yacht and a 20 meter Sunseeker yacht named Sirius A, which both are carried on deck. In 2016 Le Grand Bleu was sent to Blohm and Voss for a refit, which included a new hull paint and several cosmetic repairs.
