The superyacht Pelorus (from the Greek word pelorios, meaning vast) is one of the world's biggest yachts. She has a length of 377 feet 3 inches (115 metres).
The yacht Pelorus was built at the Lürssen yard in Bremen, Germany to the design of Tim Heywood and was launched in 2003. It was briefly owned by a Saudi businessman who sold it to Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich the following year.

A full time crew of up to 46 people lives aboard all year long. Pelorus can often be found cruising around the Western Mediterranean during the summers and commonly cruises down through the Suez Canal for the winters.
Mr. Geffen sold Pelorus to Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan for EUR 214 million. The yacht was then based in Abu Dhabi. Geffen still owns his yacht Rising Sun, which was built for Larry Ellison.
Update: we were informed that Pelorus is sold to Hong Kong based billionaire Samuel Tak Lee, active in real estate development.
The yacht Pelorus is not available for charter. In November 2017 Pelorus was at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, berthed next to the track.
