The yacht Constance is a 60 meter (197ft) motor yacht built by CRN in Italy as Givi. She has a steel hull with an aluminum superstructure.
Her design is by Zuccon International Project. Givi can accommodate 12 guests and 17 crew. Her two Caterpillar engines give her a top speed of 16 knots and a range of 6,000 nm.
She was delivered in 2006 and underwent a refit in 2008. Givi was sold to Alan Dabbiere in 2016 who named her Constance, like his previous yacht.
Alan Dabbiere is an entrepreneur from the USA. He is the founder of Manhattan Associates, which he sold in 1998 for US$ 45 million. He later founded Airwatch, active in Enterprise Mobility Management. Airwatch was sold to VMWare in 2014 for US$ 1.5 billion. Dabbiere remained Chairman after the sale of his company.
We estimate the net worth of Alan Dabbiere at at least US$ 500 million. His net worth may be much higher, but we were not able to find out how many shares Dabbiere still owned in Airwatch. It is possible that he was the sole shareholder, which makes is net worth much higher.
In 2011 Dabbiere purchased the famous Hickory Hill mansion in Virginia. Hickory Hill was the former residence of Robert Kennedy and his wife Ethel.
Dabbiere was the owner of the 35 meter Benetti Constance. The Benetti was built in 2004. He sold this yacht and after which she was named White Pigeon.
Constance was built as Givi for Gabriela Volpi. Gabriele Volpi is the founder of Orlean Invest, active in the oil industry in Nigeria. In 2016 he sold Givi and purchased the 75 meter Boadicea.
The yacht Constance is not available for charter.
