Ulysses is a 116-meter expedition yacht, delivered by Kleven to New Zealand-based billionaire Graeme Richard Hart. She is the largest expedition yacht in the world, taking over the position from Luna.
The yacht Ulysses is powered by 2 Caterpillar 3516C diesel engines. Which bring her a top speed of 12 knots. Her cruising speed is 10 knots. We estimate her range at more than 8,000nm.
Early 2019 the motor yacht visited Miami and West Palm Beach. Hart is rumored to have a residence in Florida.
She has an amazing interior by H2 Yacht Design. See some interior photos of the yacht hereunder. Her features include a wine bar, a large swimming pool, a cinema, a sauna, and a large gym.
She can accommodate 30 guests in 15 cabins and has a crew of 48.
Hart previously owned the 107 meter Ulysses, which he sold for US$ 195 million. She is now named Andromeda. Before that Hart owned a smaller yacht by US yacht builder Trinity. She was sold and is now named Grand Rusalina. Her owner is Rustem Teregulov.
Grand Rusalina’s design was done by Ricky Smith Designs. In 2011 she was put for sale for USD 49 million and sold in early 2014. And before the Trinity Graem Hart built the 49 meter Feadship Ulysses, now named Teleost.
The 107 meter Ulysses was put for sale, asking US$ 195 million. In early October 2017 she was sold. We received a message that the was purchased by Russian billionaire Yuri Milner, founder of Digital Sky Technologies.
His net worth is US$ 3.5 billion. However, we also became aware of an Instagram message by Burgess Yachts (who was involved in the sale) denying that Mr. Milner is the buyer.
Do you known who the buyer of the yacht is? Please do send us a message. Update we keep receiving persistent messages that Mr. Yuri Milner is the owner of the yacht Andromeda. (And Mr. Milner was spotted in Singapore boarding the yacht with Burgess employees)
We were told by several sources that Milner also bought the 117 meter Ulysses! We’ll update as soon as we know more.
The boat is not available for yacht charter. And she is not listed for sale.
In 2019 Hart purchased the CRN yacht Cloud 9 and named her Odyssey II. The yacht was built for Australian billionaire Bret Blundy.
