We were told he is a Russian millionaire. And that he also owns the Heesen yacht Aurelia.

But the yacht’s captain informed us that the owner of the yacht Phi is not the same guy as the owner of Aurelia / and that he is not Russian.

According to an article by the Financial Times, the yacht’s owner is Vitaly Vasilievich Kochetkov. He owns Motiv Telecom, active in the Urals region of Russia.
