The super yacht Carinthia VII was built in the Lurssen yard in 2002 and refurbished in the same yard 3 years later. It was registered in Bremen, Germany and sails under the flag of Austria with the home port of Antibes, France. She is one of the largest yachts in the world and certainly one of the most beautiful superyachts in the world. Manufactured in steel, it has length of 318.25 ft (97.20 m), beam of 52.50 ft (16.00 m) and draft of 15.75 ft (4.80 m). The main engines are 4 x MTU 1163 Diesels, which generate 10.064 HP each and enable Carinthia VII to reach a maximum speed of 26 knots. The living area consists of a VIP owner stateroom, including living room, bedroom and bathroom and large verandah, plus 5 large double staterooms, with own bathrooms.
